Mill Creek Team is seeking a Community Manager to drive financial performance, leasing excellence, and outstanding customer service across one or more communities. You will lead operations and maintenance teams, set performance standards, and coach associates to achieve business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and a commitment to exceptional resident experiences. A proactive, compliant, and customer-focused approach is essential for success in this position.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of multi-family or related property management experience or equivalent experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Commitment to, and passion for, providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Drive financial performance and budgeting for the community, with monthly forecasts and operating reports.
• Oversee sales, lease renewals, move-in/move-out and occupancy strategies.
• Ensure brand standards, property presentation, and adherence to laws including Fair Housing.
• Recruit, develop, and manage associates; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
