Job summary

Mill Creek is seeking a Community Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to drive financial performance, leasing excellence, and outstanding customer service for one or more communities.

You will lead operations and maintenance teams, set performance standards, coach associates, and partner with leadership to maximize revenue while maintaining cost controls. The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and strategic oversight of contracts and service providers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required or 4-year degree preferred
• 3–5 years of multi-family or related property management experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Commitment to outstanding customer service
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and operating/ leasing excellence across a community or communities
• Lead and coach operations and maintenance teams to meet performance standards
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership
• Manage pricing, occupancy strategies, and renewal processes
• Ensure brand standards, property presentation, and vendor management
• Recruit, hire, schedule, and develop associates; conduct performance evaluations
