Job summary

Mill Creek is seeking a Community Manager in Austin, TX to lead financial performance, leasing excellence, and exceptional customer service across one or more communities. You will coach and empower property teams, set performance standards, and drive strategies to maximize occupancy and value.

Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue management, and overseeing contracts, with a focus on compliant operations and brand standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance of the community, including revenue and expense controls.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and occupancy strategies.
• Ensure brand standards, property presentation, and office/model appearance.
• Recruit, schedule, coach, and develop associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate on capital improvements and vendor management as needed.
