Mill Creek is seeking a Community Manager to drive financial performance, leasing excellence, and exceptional resident service across one or more communities. You will lead operations and maintenance teams, set performance standards, and coach associates toward achieving business outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and revenue programs, supervising leasing activity, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED), Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of multi-family or related property management experience or equivalent experience
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Commitment to, and passion for, providing outstanding customer service
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsabilités

• Financial Performance: Manage financial aspects of operations and prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Sales and Marketing: Oversee leasing, renewals, move-in/move-out processes and pricing knowledge.
• Operating Standards: Ensure brand standards and compliance with laws and internal procedures.
• Associate Management and Development: Recruit, schedule, train, and evaluate associates; coach for performance.
