Job summary

Mill Creek is seeking a Senior Community Manager to drive financial performance and leasing excellence across one or more communities. You will lead operations and maintenance teams, set performance standards, coach associates, and Partner with regional leadership to meet business outcomes.

You will mentor Community Managers, manage budgets, and coordinate across departments to optimize revenue and occupancy while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
• 5 years progressive responsibility in multi-family, hospitality or retail.
• 3 years multi-family or related property management experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and operational excellence for the assigned community(s).
• Oversee leasing, pricing, occupancy strategies and budget preparation.
• Ensure brand standards, property presentation and compliance with policies and laws.
