Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a property manager to provide leadership and direction to ensure community operations align with company objectives. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, developers and staff to resolve issues and maintain service levels.

The role requires strong managerial, customer service, and supervisory skills, with a focus on vendor coordination and budget adherence in a residential setting. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education/Training: College Degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience/Knowledge/Abilities: Must possess strong managerial background. Three to five years of experience within Property Management, Hotel and/or Retail industry strongly preferred.
• Computer literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated per Company objectives.
• Work with the association, Board of Directors, developer and/or builder to manage and operate the community.
• Develops and maintains an effective homeowners relations plan and operating environment to achieve satisfactory service levels.
