Job summary

Valiant Residential in Denver, CO is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day apartment community operations and implement company policies to ensure a well-managed, compliant property. You will lead staff, manage budgets, oversee leasing, marketing, maintenance, and risk procedures, and ensure tenant satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Fair Housing certification required before interaction with prospects or residents.
• College degree preferred; CAM/ARM certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and community software; OSHA knowledge; able to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel following company directives.
• Support staff to foster teamwork and maintain a harmonious environment; manage performance evaluations and time sheets.
• Prepare annual budgets and ensure rents and charges are posted and collected.
• Review and approve invoices; make daily bank deposits; oversee leasing and renewals.
• Maintain resident files and ensure a clean, safe, well-maintained community; supervise contractors.
