Responsibilities

• This position reports to the Director of Community Management.
• Work with Community Managers, Board Members, and Director to develop strategic direction and timely delivery for associations managed.
• Ensure alignment with mission, vision and goals of the Company and Board.
• Oversee development, communication, and monitoring of Association budgets, taxes, collections, processes and procedures.
• Review monthly financial reporting and advise on shortfalls or excess funding by budget line item.
• Review bids and vendor contracts for property-level services per management agreements and Board.
• Perform spot audits of utility invoices for timely payment per client procedures.
• Review monthly inspections of common properties and enforce covenants.
• Attend Board and Annual meetings to support and train developing Community Managers.
• Review and confirm timely distribution of meeting notices, agendas and minutes.
• Oversee enforcement of rules, policies, procedures and laws.
• Respond to escalated complaint calls; ensure proper follow-up is recorded.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the assigned team.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
