Aufgaben

• Oversee the onsite General Manager and Community Managers to ensure efficient operation across assigned communities.
• Collaborate with Board Members and Director of Community Management to set strategic direction and ensure timely contract delivery.
• Monitor budgets, taxes, collections, and payment processes; review monthly financial reporting.
• Review bids and vendor contracts for site-level services per management agreement and Board directives.
• Conduct spot audits of invoices and ensure timely, accurate reporting to clients.
• Attend Board and Annual meetings as needed to support and train community managers.
• Ensure timely distribution of meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Enforce recorded rules and regulations and current laws; ensure proper documentation of actions.
