Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years of Community/Association management experience or an Associate degree with 6–8 years of Community/Association management experience.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation(s) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Associations and coordinate administrative functions.
• Work with Board Members, Senior Managers and RM to shape strategic direction.
• Develop and monitor property budgets, review monthly finances and advise on variances.
