You will drive operations, financial performance, sales leadership, and resident satisfaction, ensuring adherence to Cortland standards and delivering an exceptional living experience.

You will build and lead teams, set leasing targets, partner with marketing, and champion a resident-centric service culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales leadership in high-velocity environments such as multifamily or premium lifestyle services
• Proven ability to achieve occupancy, revenue, and NOI targets
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing performance by setting targets and coaching the team to exceed occupancy and revenue goals
• Partner with marketing to drive campaigns and maintain a strong social media presence
• Champion resident-centric service and ensure an exceptional living experience
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and improve NOI
• Collaborate with stakeholders and navigate change with senior leadership
