Cortland is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance team for a multimillion‑dollar multifamily community. You will oversee operations, safety, and preventative programs, guiding staffing and ensuring high‑quality service that protects assets and resident satisfaction.

You will mentor technicians, manage budgets and vendors, and maintain records while upholding safety culture and compliance in a dynamic, high‑performance environment.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of experience in maintenance; multifamily experience preferred.
• Leadership skills with ability to train, mentor, and manage a maintenance team.
• EPA and CPO certifications are required.
• Valid Class E driver’s license.
• Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions and manuals.
