Cortland, a leader in multifamily living, seeks a Senior Community Manager to oversee several multimillion-dollar properties in the Greater Charlotte Area. You will lead teams, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and partner with marketing to strengthen brand presence while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires strong financial acumen, a track record of achieving NOI targets, and the ability to coordinate with onsite and corporate partners to meet community goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to achieve occupancy, revenue, and NOI targets across multiple sites.
• Proven track record in driving leasing performance, pipeline management, and disciplined follow‑up.
• Ability to deliver exceptional resident experiences and consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Skilled in collaborating with onsite teams and corporate partners to achieve community goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high‑performing teams across multiple communities with clarity, purpose, and strategic focus.
• Drive leasing performance across multiple communities by setting goals and monitoring KPIs.
• Own responsibility for achieving and exceeding Net Operating Income targets.
• Provide leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control across sites.
