Job summary

Cortland Partners seeks a strategic Community Manager to lead a multimillion-dollar apartment community, blending operations, financial performance, sales leadership, and resident satisfaction. You will guide onsite teams, set occupancy goals, and ensure premium living experiences aligned with Cortland standards.

In this role you’ll partner with marketing to drive leasing, manage budgets and NOI targets, and foster a concierge-level resident experience, while upholding Fair Housing and safety

Qualifications

• 2+ years of measurable sales leadership in high-velocity environments such as multifamily, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed occupancy, revenue, and NOI targets.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations to achieve NOI targets and optimize financial performance.
• Oversee resident experience and maintain a concierge-level living environment.
• Develop onsite teams, coach staff, and drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing and corporate partners.
• Drive leasing performance by setting goals and coaching the team to exceed occupancy targets.
