Cortland is seeking a Community Manager in Dallas to lead a multimillion-dollar multifamily community. You will drive leasing performance, manage operations, and deliver a premier resident experience in a high-performance environment.

As a strategic leader, you will oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and marketing collaborations while ensuring compliance with regulations. This role emphasizes growth, accountability, and delivering exceptional living experiences for residents.

Formación

• 2+ years of measurable sales leadership in high-velocity, short-cycle environments such as multifamily, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving occupancy, revenue, and NOI targets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high-performing teams with clarity, purpose, and accountability.
• Drive leasing performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and coaching the team to exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, OSHA standards, and all applicable laws.
• Partner with marketing teams to execute campaigns and maintain a strong social media presence.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
