You will coordinate operations with owners and residents, oversee leasing, budgeting, and service standards while guiding cross-functional teams to meet industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to mentor on-site teams.
• Experience in multi-family housing operations and customer service.
• Adept at budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors on-site team; sets goals and conducts daily huddles.
• Hires, onboarding, trains, and evaluates team performance.
• Manages owner relationships; conducts property tours and communicates performance.
• Develops budgets; analyzes financial statements and marketing data.
• Sets rent rates and ensures timely collection and reporting of revenues.
• Reviews invoices, manages payments, and ensures insurance certificates are valid.
• Analyzes market trends to drive leasing strategies and occupancy.
• Supports resident satisfaction and timely handling of inquiries and issues.
• Ensures maintenance standards and safety across property and amenities.
• Performs regular property inspections to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Completes accounting and administrative reporting; supports special projects.
