Gallery Residential seeks a Community Director in Atlanta to lead the on-site team and align operations with owner objectives. You will drive budgeting, leasing, and performance reporting while building relationships with residents, owners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• College degree is optional.
• Progressive levels of accountability in property management and sales.
• Knowledge of sales, customer service, revenue/expense management, and financial business plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors on-site team; sets goals and conducts daily huddles.
• Hires, onboards and trains team; manages performance.
• Manages owner relationships; conducts property tours; provides updates on performance.
• Develops budgets; analyzes financial statements and market information.
• Sets rent strategies to meet revenue targets; tracks collections and financial reports.
• Reviews invoices, ensures insurance compliance, and codes charges accurately.
• Analyzes market trends; implements marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction; addresses grievances promptly.
• Ensures maintenance standards; manages safety and appearance of property.
• Performs regular property inspections and required reports.
• Oversees lease enforcement and notices; handles late fees as allowed.
