Qualifications

• College degree is optional. Employment history showing progressive responsibility in property management and financial planning is preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, revenue/expense management and business planning is desirable.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to convey property strategies and performance to clients and owners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor on-site team through goal-setting and daily huddles.
• Hire, onboard and train staff, and manage performance per company policies.
• Maintain client/owner relationships with property tours and performance updates.
• Develop and review budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent strategies and ensure timely collection and reporting of revenues.
• Oversee invoices, insurance certificates, and vendor communications.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Address resident questions and service requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, maintenance standards and property appearance meet established levels.
