Gallery Residential is seeking a Community Director to lead our on-site team and align property operations with owner goals. The role focuses on optimizing financial performance while upholding company culture and compliance with housing laws.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, coordinate leasing strategies, and maintain high resident satisfaction. This exempt, on-site position requires strong operations and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coordinating on-site teams and driving culture.
• Strong ability to set priorities and implement project plans.
• Proven skills in budget, revenue and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor on-site team through goals and daily huddles.
• Hire, onboard and train staff; manage performance per policies.
• Manage owner relationships; property tours; performance updates.
• Develop budgets; analyze financials; review marketing info and reports.
• Meet revenue targets; collect rents; prepare monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices; ensure insurance certificates; coding and communication.
• Analyze market trends; craft marketing and leasing strategies; drive occupancy.
• Promote resident satisfaction; respond to issues promptly.
• Ensure maintenance meets company standards and safety/appearance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address issues.
• Complete reports and perform other duties as assigned.
• Oversee lease enforcement; handle inspections, notices, evictions, fees.
