Qualifications

College degree is optional.
Experience in property management and residential multi-housing business principles.
Knowledge of sales, customer service, revenue/expense management, and financial business plans.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor on-site team with clear goals and daily huddles.
Hire, onboard and train team; manage performance per company policies.
Manage owner relationships; provide property performance updates and address owner requests.
Develop budgets by analyzing financial statements and marketing data.
Meet revenue targets; manage rent collection and monthly financial reporting.
Oversee vendor invoices, insurance certificates, and chart of accounts coding.
Analyze market trends and implement leasing/marketing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
