Job summary

Associa is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to support community associations and properties. You will work closely with Community Managers and serve homeowners, board members, vendors, and committees.

This role focuses on administrative and operational support, including data maintenance, board materials, and budget assistance. Strong communication, organization, and technology skills are essential to keep communities thriving.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of community/property management experience preferred.
• Exceptional time management and ability to multitask.
• Confident communicator who can build trust with residents and boards.
• Proactive, positive problem-solver in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable with technology and common property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between homeowners and Board of Directors.
• Support daily operations in line with policies and management agreements.
• Perform property inspections and ARC requests.
• Maintain homeowner databases and organize records.
• Prepare materials for Board meetings and attend as needed.
• Assist in reviewing monthly financial reports and budget discussions.
• Monitor delinquencies and assist in collections follow-up.
• Support portfolio managers on routine tasks and projects.
• Engage with residents during community events to foster positive experiences.
