Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university in communications or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in internal/executive/corporate communications.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with executive‑level communications.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience required; field communications a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop integrated communications strategies aligned to Customer Engagement priorities.
• Shape change narratives communicating priorities, decisions and progress.
• Collaborate with transformation teams to drive adoption of new initiatives.
• Create executive content including talking points, briefs and presentations.
• Develop associate communications to inform and align field and HQ teams.
• Support communications for large meetings, town halls and leadership events.
• Lead written and visual content for internal channels using available resources.
• Manage channels and content calendars to ensure efficiency and alignment.
• Monitor engagement metrics to improve communications effectiveness.
