Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, technology strategy, or leadership roles, preferably in pharma/CRM sectors
• Proven success leading large-scale CRM transformations with governance and risk-mitigation
• Deep understanding of CRM landscape (Sales, Marketing, Service) including Salesforce and Veeva
• Experience managing product teams, backlog health, agile ceremonies, and driving strategic innovation
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Regulatory, privacy, and compliance awareness in pharma environments

• Optimize CRM investment via build vs. buy analyses and best practices
• Maintain industry awareness of CRM platforms like Salesforce and Veeva
