Novartis is seeking a Strategic CRM Development and External Liaison leader to shape strategy, engagement, and organizational impact within its Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism Development Unit. You will partner with senior leaders to align cross-functional priorities and advance development programs.

The role requires a strong scientific background (Life Sciences or MBA) with extensive pharma experience, excellent stakeholder management, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Life Sciences or MBA with scientific background.
• Significant pharma industry experience in drug development or healthcare.
• Proven success in managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of early and late-stage drug development.
• Experience with external partnerships and portfolio management.

Responsabilités

• Lead integrated communications and culture initiatives to enhance stakeholder alignment.
• Develop strategic communications on development priorities and achievements.
• Support portfolio strategy and business development through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead competitive intelligence efforts.
• Drive external collaborations including TransCelerate activities.
• Facilitate leadership forums.
• Support portfolio governance and resource planning.
• Prepare senior leadership reports.
