Qualifications

• 8+ years in communications, marketing operations, content operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing communications calendars and publishing workflows.
• Experience administering content repositories with versioning, tagging, archiving, and search.
• Proven experience leading a workstream or supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Silicon One’s thought leadership content strategy—driving alignment to our business priorities, market moments, and AI advancements.
• Develop and execute cross-functional planning throughout the year (strategic business planning, events integration, executive communications, campaigns).
• Bring clarity and cohesion of process to our narratives—from AI to infrastructure to secure compute.
• Shape and strengthen our executive voice through consistent messaging across channels.
• Manage the content creation lifecycle—from intake and drafting to review coordination and publishing.
• Partner with product, marketing and broader communications teams to source inputs and maintain editorial quality.
