Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Communications Manager for the Silicon One team. You will coordinate internal and external communications, manage editorial calendars, and ensure messaging across leadership updates, town halls, and content repositories.

You will partner with product, marketing, and communications to source inputs, maintain quality, and drive efficient, scalable workflows. A strong background in corporate communications is required to lead strategic narratives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing communications calendars, publishing workflows, or executive/employee communications.
• Experience administering content repositories or knowledge-management systems with versioning, tagging, archiving, and search.
• Experience leading a workstream or supervising a team of contributors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Silicon One's thought leadership content strategy aligned to business priorities and AI advancements.
• Develop cross-functional planning across strategic business planning, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Shape executive voice with consistent messaging across channels and platforms.
• Manage the content creation lifecycle from intake to publishing.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and communications teams to align inputs and ensure editorial quality.
