Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager, Content to lead the creation and activation of high-priority content that advances Silicon One's narratives. You will develop executive materials, establish a cohesive visual identity, and translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to build reusable content modules and AI-enabled workflows that improve quality, speed, and scalability of content development.

Qualifications

• Experience developing content, messaging, or product marketing for complex technology, infrastructure, networking, semiconductor, or AI businesses.
• Experience creating executive presentations, messaging frameworks, master narratives, customer materials, sales assets, and multimedia content.
• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional content initiatives and guiding contributors or project teams.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive, customer, analyst, sales, launch, and thought leadership materials.
• Establish cohesive visual identity discipline across external and internal facing communications assets.
• Bring clarity to our strategic narratives—from AI to infrastructure to secure compute.
• Shape and strengthen our executive voice across channels and platforms.
• Participate in the content creation lifecycle: intake, drafting, review, and publishing.
• Partner with product, marketing and broader communications teams to align messaging.
• Monitor industry trends and whitespace for proactive storytelling.
