Job summary

Cisco’s Silicon One team seeks a Communications Manager to coordinate internal and external communications, manage editorial calendars, and maintain content repositories. You will partner with managers to resolve coordination issues and build scalable AI-assisted workflows for messaging and content operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in communications or related field.
• Experience managing communications calendars and publishing workflows.
• Experience administering content repositories with versioning and search capabilities.
• Experience leading a workstream or supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Silicon One’s thought leadership content strategy and alignment with business priorities.
• Develop cross-functional planning across the year including events and campaigns.
• Shape executive voice with consistent messaging across channels.
• Manage content creation lifecycle from intake to publishing.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and comms teams to align inputs and messaging.
• Drive planning efficiencies and AI-assisted workflows for content systems.
