Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager for Content to lead high-priority materials spanning silicon, optics, networking, and AI infrastructure. You will craft executive briefs, presentations, messaging and visuals, translating complex technology into clear business outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to build reusable content systems, maintain editorial quality, and shape narratives across channels while guiding cross-functional teams through the content lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related content/marketing experience or Master's with 4+ years.
PhD with 1+ year in content, messaging, or product marketing for tech domains.
Experience creating executive presentations and master narratives.
Experience leading cross-functional content initiatives.
Ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop executive, customer, analyst, sales, launch, and thought-leadership materials.
Establish cohesive visual identity across external and internal assets.
Clarify narratives from AI to infrastructure and secure compute across channels.
Shape executive voice and messaging across platforms.
Participate in the content lifecycle from intake to publishing with stakeholders.
Coordinate with product, marketing, and communications teams to align inputs and ensure quality.
Monitor industry trends to identify whitespace for storytelling.
