Qualifications

• 8-10 years in content strategy/content marketing.
• A track record of building full-funnel content strategies that drive demand.
• Strong hands-on writing and editing across formats, from long-form reports to promotional copy.
• 5 years of peopleleadership experience.
• A genuine excitement for AI and the ability to upskill a team in AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of makers; mentor 4-6 writers/editors and manage agency partners.
• Architect strategy that drives pipeline by synthesizing customer/sales feedback and product messaging.
• Set the pace on AI; codify practices for responsible, high-impact AI use.
• Set the creative bar; own content quality across asset types and formats.
• Go deep on marquee work; write/edit anchor assets like long-form reports and video scripts.
• Sharpen promotional content across email, social, and paid media.
• Influence across the org by aligning audience needs with business goals.
• Tell the performance story; present strategies and results to senior leadership.
• Measure what matters; analyze performance and drive toward pipeline using Asana/Workfront.
