Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of executive communications experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven ability to create content that engages employees, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Strong visual and written communication skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advising: Partner with executives and their teams to develop communication strategies and roadmaps. Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities that align with business objectives.
• Narrative & Content Development: Craft speeches, keynotes, presentations, articles, and multimedia content that establish thought leadership and reinforce organizational priorities.
• Executive Guidance: Refine presentation skills and engagement approaches with internal and external stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with PR, Marketing, Product, Analyst Relations, Sales, and others to ensure messaging consistency.
• Strategy Execution: Design and implement communication vehicles; establish metrics and refine strategies based on feedback.
