Job summary

TruStone Financial Credit Union seeks a seasoned communications leader to oversee enterprise internal and external communications. You will champion employee engagement, member trust, and brand reputation while partnering with ELT, HR, Marketing and other stakeholders to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling messages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in communications, PR, or marketing communications.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and board communications preferred.
• Experience planning and managing large-scale corporate events and employee meetings.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AP style and strong copywriting, editing, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing communication strategies during organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead TruStone Financial's internal and external communications strategy to strengthen engagement, trust, brand reputation and alignment.
• Serve as central owner of internal communications, public relations, executive communications, corporate storytelling and content governance.
• Partner with executives and key stakeholders to translate complex strategies into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Plan and manage enterprise events such as annual meetings and all-employee sessions.
