Job summary

TruStone Financial Credit Union seeks a seasoned communications leader to oversee enterprise internal and external communications, strengthening employee engagement, member trust, and brand reputation.

This role owns internal communications, PR, executive messaging, and brand governance, partnering with senior leaders to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling messages for employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in communications, PR, corporate comms, or marketing communications.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and board communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead TruStone Financial's internal and external communications strategy.
• Own internal communications, public relations, executive communications, and brand governance.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership, HR, Retail Banking, Digital Experience, Product, Compliance and others to translate strategies into clear messages.
• Translate complex business strategies into engaging messages for employees, members, and stakeholders.
• Serve as a strong communicator, storyteller, and project leader to engage audiences.
