Job summary

Trumark Credit Union is seeking a Corporate Communications Director in Fort Washington, PA. You will lead the integrated communications function across internal, external, executive, and member communications, shaping Trumark's narrative and strengthening its reputation.

You will advise senior leadership, drive media relations, and develop internal and external communications that translate strategy into clear, meaningful messages for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate communications or public relations experience across internal, external, and executive communications.
• 5+ years of experience leading an enterprise-wide communications function.
• Hands-on media relations experience with established reporter relationships and earned media success.
• Experience supporting CEO and senior executive communications.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated corporate communications strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and Trumark's brand.
• Establish messaging frameworks, editorial standards, and governance for consistent voice across channels.
• Manage media relations, build reporter relationships, pitch stories, and secure earned coverage.
