Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, corporate communications, or marketing communications.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and board communications preferred.
• Experience planning and managing large-scale corporate events and employee meetings.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Associated Press style and strong copywriting, editing, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Strong project leadership, communications and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead internal and external communications strategy under SVP/Director oversight.
• Own internal communications, PR, executive communications, and brand governance.
• Translate complex business strategies into clear messages for employees, members, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and key functions to align communications with business goals.
• Plan and manage enterprise events (annual meeting, all-employee meetings).
