Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Communications Manager to partner with senior leaders, crafting internal communications, executive messaging and engagement initiatives. The hybrid role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, including executive social media support, planning and delivering leadership communications, intranet content and stakeholder‑facing materials.

You’ll organize and produce high‑impact communications, measure outcomes, and collaborate across functions to elevate leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to form and drive consultative relationships with leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Expertise in corporate communications programs with track record of success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and produce internal communications and executive messaging.
• Develop communication plans and deliverables, including leadership communications and intranet articles.
• Coordinate with leaders to define voice across channels and measure impact.
• Support executive social media and prepare presentations and video scripts as needed.
