Job summary

argenx is seeking a Senior Director to partner with the Chief Commercialization Officer, translating strategic priorities into a clear operating agenda and cross-functional decision forums. Based in Boston with East Coast flexibility and travel, you will lead the CLT cadence, align regions and functions, and drive high-impact initiatives across Commercialization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic operations, chief of staff, business operations, program leadership or top-tier consulting supporting senior executives.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment.
• Deep understanding of biotech/pharma commercialization, rare disease, immunology or related healthcare fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to shape executive-ready narratives and leadership communications.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partner to the CCO, translating priorities into a clear operating agenda.
• Lead the Commercialization Leadership Team cadence, agendas, and decision forums.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across regions, functions, and enterprise partners.
• Build scalable digital and AI-enabled ways of working for prioritization and reporting.
