Enabling a bold biotech narrative, argenx SE seeks a Senior Director of Commercialization Communications & Engagement in Boston. You’ll translate strategy into compelling communications, partner with senior leaders, and shape field engagement across launches, indications and markets.

This role blends strategic storytelling with hands-on programs to connect leadership, teams, and patients. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Commercialization, Product Communications,

Formación

15+ years of experience in communications, employee engagement, change management, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting high-growth life science organizations, launches, expansion, and transformation.
Proven ability to translate strategy, culture, and priorities into clear narratives.
Experience partnering with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Commercialization storytelling across launches and indications.
Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy and milestones into clear communications.
Coordinate messaging across product launches and field engagements.
Design field engagement programs to align with business priorities.
Advise senior leaders on key messages, leadership meetings, and moments.
Build experiences that connect the field with leadership and the business.
