Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Head of Commercial Analytics & Insights to drive data-driven decisions across US Commercialization. The role will translate complex datasets into actionable dashboards and AI-enabled insights for brand teams, launches, and performance reviews.

You will lead a team, coach talent, and manage external vendors while partnering with Finance to optimize budgets and contracts. A deep biopharma background and strong regulatory understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial analytics within biopharma with 5–7 years in analytics/BI/AI-enabled decision support.
• Experience managing commercial vendors and service providers to deliver actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements for pharmaceutical commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial decision-making, performance management, and business planning using data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights.
• Inspire, coach, and develop employees to grow as individuals and as a cohesive team.
• Manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, actionable deliverables for US Commercialization priorities.
• Deliver integrated insights across brand, product, patient, and performance domains for leadership.
• Translate US Commercialization needs into high-value analytics and AI use cases.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and briefings for earnings calls and investor discussions.
• Collaborate with Finance on department budget and vendor contracts.
