Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master or MBA) in business or health-related discipline.
• Significant experience in strategic operations, chief of staff, business operations, program leadership, or top-tier consulting supporting senior executives.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end in a fast-growing network.
• Ideally at least 5 years of Project Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment.
• Strong understanding of biotech commercialization across multiple parts of the value chain.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partner to the CCO, translating priorities into a clear operating agenda.
• Lead and design the CLT operating rhythm with agendas, pre-reads, decision forums, and tracking.
• Build an integrated commercialization strategic agenda across priorities, milestones, and risks.
• Connect work across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, regions, and enterprise partners.
• Establish digital and AI-enabled systems to manage priorities, decisions, and communications.
