Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master or MBA) in business or health-related discipline.
• Significant experience in strategic operations, chief of staff, business operations, program leadership, commercial strategy, or top-tier consulting supporting senior executives.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to the CCO and translate priorities into an operating agenda.
• Lead the Commercialization Leadership Team (CLT) cadence, agendas, and follow-through.
• Build an integrated commercialization strategy across priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Connect work across Commercial, Medical Affairs & Evidence Generation, Market Access and regions to drive execution.
