argenx is building a Boston-based communications leadership role to drive the commercialization narrative and align messaging across launches. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into clear communications that energize teams and external stakeholders.

The role focuses on connecting field teams with leadership, shaping communications for new products and indications, and driving organizational change with a bias for action and learning. 35% travel is expected.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in communications, employee engagement or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting high-growth life science organizations and launches.
• Ability to translate strategy and culture into narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercialization narrative, aligning with senior leaders.
• Coordinate messaging across launches with product communications teams.
• Design field engagement to inform and empower field teams.
• Advise leadership on key messages and leadership meetings.
• Develop employee experiences around launches and growth.
• Scale communications across orgs and improve channels and processes.
• Listen to feedback from employees and refine communications.
