arg enx is seeking a Senior Director, Commercialization Communications & Engagement in Boston to shape our communications strategy for launches, indicators, and employee experiences across global teams. You will partner with senior leaders to craft narratives that align with business goals and our entrepreneurial culture.

In this role, you will design field engagement, coordinate across launches, and advise on leadership priorities while driving momentum and trust across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in communications, employee engagement, change management, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting high-growth life science organizations and launches.
• Ability to translate business strategy and culture into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercialization story with senior leaders and translate strategy into clear communications.
• Coordinate messaging across launches and align field communications for readiness.
• Design field engagement to connect global teams with leadership and business priorities.
• Advise on leadership meetings, key messages, and business moments.
• Create meaningful employee experiences during launches and organizational change.
