Job summary

National Roofing Contractor is seeking a Roofing Account Manager to drive sales in Florida. You will engage CADs, Construction Managers and End Users, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through design, turnover and construction execution, and work toward 100% budget and profit targets.

You will develop territory plans, arrange Lunch & Learns, and maintain CRM updates while collaborating with HQ. This role requires 25% travel and a home-based Florida location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a related discipline preferred or related business or industry experience
• Commercial Roofing Experience
• Experience in outside sales representing B2B solutions and services in a territory
• Fully qualified sales professional in the Sales Process to end users.
• Has familiarization with Construction, Mechanical or Structural technologies.
• Understands how to be a team player and act in the best interest of the company.
• Must work well with our existing team

Responsibilities

• Manage sales process from initial contact through design, turnover and construction execution of projects.
• Delivers 100% budget and profit targets set by Executive Management
• Submits timely, accurate & complete sales reports and forecasts along with updating Sales Opportunities in our CRM system
• Arranges Lunch and Learns with CAD Community
• Develops and gains approval for the activity plan the NAM will follow
• Sets up C level meetings for HQ Executive staff to support and attend
• Maintains KPI for territory activity: pipeline, meetings, forecast accuracy, opportunities and budget
