Job summary

R&D Construction and Roofing is hiring a Service Account Executive for our Miami office. You will own and grow a book of recurring commercial roofing service clients across Miami-Dade and Broward, serving as the face of our team in the field.

You will diagnose roof issues on-site, write scopes, and collaborate with estimating to deliver timely proposals. A minimum of 2 years in commercial roofing sales or service is required, with a valid Florida license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing service or sales experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and Florida driver's license.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and inspect various roof types.
• Strong communication with clients including property managers.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Pipedrive) and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of recurring commercial service clients in Miami-Dade/Broward.
• Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and provide same/next-day quotes.
• Prospect new service accounts via cold calls, canvassing, and referrals.
• Walk roofs, take measurements, document conditions, and write scopes.
• Collaborate with estimating team to turn scopes into proposals.
