Tecta America WeatherGuard, a leading commercial roofing company, seeks a Business Development Representative to build and maintain relationships with roofing clients and key accounts. You will serve as the primary contact for contracts, ensuring inquiries are addressed with a consultative selling approach.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will collaborate with Service and Production teams, prepare customer proposals, and drive new business while traveling within the assigned territory.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; college coursework in business desirable.
• 3–5 years construction sales experience; roofing sales preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and coworkers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to climb ladders and visit commercial roof sites.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory; air travel may be required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive, reliable customer service as main contact for contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and vendors; develop new business.
• Collaborate with Service and Production on job specifics.
• Prepare and maintain customer proposals, internal audits, inspections, etc.
