Job summary

Tecta America, Glen Rock, a leading commercial roofing provider, seeks a Service Sales Representative in Glen Rock, PA. You will drive business development for preventive maintenance service contracts, selling to new and existing clients, and scheduling appointments through self-generated leads.

The role demands building client relationships over an extended sales cycle that may span up to 18 months. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will prospect through various channels, set appointments

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or related field.
• Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business via direct contact or phone.
• Demonstrated success in sales with a strong record of achievement and integrity.
• Proficiency with CRM, SharePoint and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect via cold calls, emails, door-to-door, networking and referrals.
• Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective clients.
• Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships over an extended sales cycle.
• Present clients with solutions and assemble proposals for clients.
• Submit contacts and documentation in a timely manner; maintain CRM activity.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to develop sales strategies and close deals.
• Travel locally as needed (80% of time) to meet clients and generate leads.
• Manage service projects won through sales efforts.
