The Baldwin Group in California seeks a Commercial Risk Client Executive to manage and service large, complex accounts, lead risk assessments, and coordinate a multidisciplinary client team. You will educate clients on coverage options, lead marketplace submissions, and drive renewal strategy to exceed expectations.

Starting pay is $150,000 annually. This role requires 6+ years of commercial insurance experience, active state licenses or ability to obtain, and strong analytical and advisory

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 6+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Active state license(s) required or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience reviewing, placing, and negotiating loss-sensitive placements (e.g., captives) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acquires and retains large, complex commercial clients with deep risk understanding.
• Develops partnerships with insurance carriers and broker partners.
• Leads renewal discussions with coverage and pricing comparisons.
• Prepares complex submissions including loss picks and endorsements.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary client teams to exceed service standards.
• Ensures accuracy in audits and risk identifications.
