Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial insurance experience.

• Experience with loss-sensitive placements or captives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain large, complex clients with strong risk understanding.
• Develop partnerships with insurance company partners and brokers.
• Lead client renewals with coverage and pricing comparisons.
• Prepare complex submissions for the marketplace with loss picks and endorsements.
• Coordinate client teams to exceed service standards and deliverables.
• Audit and validate risk with client and insurer partner teams.
