The Commercial Risk Client Executive role focuses on managing large, complex accounts, developing consultative client relationships, and educating clients on new coverage options.

Qualifications

• Seven years of commercial insurance experience.
• State license to provide risk management consulting (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that inspire loyalty.
• Ability to analyze complex risk exposures and communicate recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage, market conditions and underwriting appetites.
• Experience with loss-sensitive placements including captive structures preferred.
• Industry specialization in Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Transportation, Real Estate, etc. would help.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and retains large, complex clients through deep understanding of risk and insurance architecture.
• Develops partnerships with insurance company partners and broker representatives.
• Leads renewals discussions with coverage and pricing comparisons.
• Prepares submissions for the marketplace including loss picks and endorsements.
• Coordinates client team to ensure service standards and deliverables.
• Assesses audits to ensure accuracy between client and insurer.
• Builds relationships with clients, partners, and advisors through integrity and expertise.
• Shares insurance expertise with colleagues to advise and train.
